Technical Information
The tube chain conveyor can be used in a
multitude of different applications. In order to help you consider
this system, the following is a summary of the system capacities
versus power consumption. Note that these figures are limits. Certain
materials / conveyor configurations may be subject to other limits.
Therefore we strongly recommend that you contact either ourselves or
Schrage Rohrkettensystem GmbH to discuss your requirements.
The table below summarises the technical information.

The conveyor can be run with a 0 to 100% load. Conveyors can be manufactured from either mild steel or a range of
stainless steels to suit the requirements of your application.
Two new sizes of conveyor are available, raising maximum capacity to 230 cubic metres per hour!
We have extensive test and demonstration
facilities in both the UK and in Germany. We will be happy to arrange
a demonstration. The location will depend upon the test /
demonstration requirements. In certain circumstances, we reserve the
right to make a charge for this service.
