Waste Processing Capabilities Easy handling of all types of waste, including highly abrasive materials and large/awkward-shaped objects It separates out all waste for profitable recycling - from huge concrete lamposts to small pieces of paper. Maximised waste processing throughput: The automated sequenced start-up allows the entire picking line to be immediately returned to its previous running speed after it has been stopped for any reason. Customisation & Expandability Picking points individually designed to house a 6ft or 9ft skip, or allow front end loader access, or accommodate a conveyor belt or conveying floor Picking points can be individually enclosed and heated as required. Modular design permitting the adding of further picking points at a later stage (if required) Tailored and bespoke installation - right angle turns are no problem Unique Trommel & Paper Separator The uniquely designed octagonal trommel at the beginning of the line breaks up the waste far more effectively than a round trommel, hence almost eliminating the need for time consuming pre-sorting of waste The Octagonal trommel is also far easier and cheaper to maintain than a round one and single, worn or damaged plate sections can be readily replaced. The inline paper blower strips paper off remaining aggregate and desposits in a separate skip/bunker ready for recycling   Affordability & Payback Payback on the investment is normally achieved between 30 and 36 months.
